I have a friend that’s an agent, but didn’t know anything about probate so she referred me to Lisa and I’m glad she did!! We actually had a probate attorney and Lisa seemed to know more than the attorney! There was a lien on the house that I talked to the attorney about and was about to pay it. When I discussed it with Lisa, she said, let’s get your attorney on the phone because I don’t think you have to pay this but I can’t give you legal advice. She conferenced in my attorney who then told me she was right, so I asked the attorney why she didn’t tell me that I didn’t need to pay off the lien. She actually said… because you said you were going to pay it! Lisa knew the process to help my attorney with the removal of the lien and welcomed without me having to pay Discover Card over $15k!
